Do you have a minimum order?
No minimum order quantities but I will have to charge accordingly.
What inks do you use?
For garment and textile printing I use environmentally friendly, water based inks.
For vinyl stickers I use vinyl Ink.
What’s the turnaround time?
From design approval and received payment I aim to get the goods with you in 10 working days.
If you have a tight deadline, rush print runs are available, subject to a rush fee.
Whats the best way for me to send the design/artwork?
I can work with most types of files, you can send them over email to me at info@downandoutpress.co.uk.
Artwork/design files must be at least 300dpi and at print size or bigger.
Can you help me with my artwork/design?
If you don’t have design/artwork files, I can help you bring your ideas to life from initial sketches to printed products.
Also, if you have files that aren’t quite ready to go to print I can help get them print ready no problem.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer/PayPal.
What is your maximum print size?
Currently the maximum print size is A3.
How do you ship your orders?
For print runs I use tracked next day DPD, for everything else I use Royal Mail.
I’m more than happy to deliver in person to any location in North Wales.
